Apply in confidence →Leading regional practice is seeking a partner-level disputes lawyer to expand its oil & gas and construction arbitration capability across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The role will focus on complex international arbitration and related litigation arising from upstream, midstream and construction projects.
The team is looking for a specialist arbitration practitioner (not a generalist) with a proven track record on cross‑border energy and construction disputes in the Gulf. This is a partner hire requiring a portable practice and the ability to generate and manage significant client work across Dubai and Saudi jurisdictions.
- Established partner-level experience in international arbitration and energy/construction disputes.
- Proven portable practice or demonstrable client relationships relevant to Gulf oil & gas and construction matters.
- Experience acting on matters in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia (or comparable Gulf jurisdictions).
- Strong advocacy, case management and business development skills; ability to lead multi-jurisdictional teams.
