Leading international practice seeks a Lateral Partner to head oil & gas disputes across the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. The role will focus on high-value disputes arising from upstream/downstream energy projects, construction-related claims and international arbitration.

The successful candidate will take a hands-on role running arbitrations and courtroom work, leading small teams locally and coordinating with regional colleagues. This is a partner-level position for an established disputes specialist with a proven track record in the Gulf.

Established partner-level experience in oil & gas disputes and construction claims in the Middle East.
Extensive experience in international arbitration (institutional and ad hoc).
Proven ability to run cases and manage teams across jurisdictions.
Portable client relationships / proven ability to bring a book of business.
Track record as a specialist (arbitrator experience desirable) and eligibility/right to work in the region.
