Established international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Albany office to lead and grow a patent litigation practice. The role will focus on high-stakes patent disputes across technology and life-sciences matters, working with a national litigation team.

The successful candidate will handle all phases of complex patent litigation, supervise junior lawyers, and collaborate with cross-practice teams on strategy and client service. A portable practice and demonstrated history of client development are welcome.

Admissions in relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
Proven partner-level experience in patent litigation (trial and contested proceedings)
Track record of originating or managing significant matters; portable practice preferred
Strong client relationship and business development skills
Experience supervising associates and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
