Senior litigation partner opportunity in Chicago for an experienced patent and antitrust litigator. The role focuses on patent litigation in life‑sciences and technology matters, together with antitrust work connected to private‑equity transactions and disputes.

The team serves national and international clients across technology, life sciences and energy sectors. The role offers a platform within a full‑service firm environment, collaboration with cross‑discipline teams, and support for complex, bet‑the‑company litigation.

Strong candidates will bring a portable practice and a demonstrated ability to generate or expand client relationships. The office operates an open compensation model and provides partner resources to scale contentious practices.

• Established partner with significant patent litigation experience, preferably handling life‑sciences and technology disputes.
• Substantive antitrust litigation experience, particularly matters tied to private‑equity transactions or buyouts.
• Proven track record of trial and/or high‑stakes federal court experience and complex case management.
• Business generation ability and a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and readiness to contribute to a collaborative, cross‑practice platform.
