Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established San Francisco litigation practice focusing on patent litigation (life sciences and technology) and antitrust matters tied to private equity and transactional disputes. The role will handle bet-the-company patent cases, complex antitrust litigation, and cross-practice matters with M&A and private equity clients.

The team combines trial and appellate experience with a national platform and strong ties to technology and life sciences sectors. This position is an opportunity to build a portable practice within an open compensation environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the firm’s U.S. offices.

Proven partner-level litigation experience in patent litigation and/or antitrust matters; life sciences and technology experience preferred.
Track record of leading complex, high-stakes cases through trial and appeal; experience working with private equity or transactional teams a plus.
Ability to develop and maintain client relationships and grow a portable practice.
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdictions and readiness to be based in San Francisco.
