Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Denver office to lead and grow a patent litigation practice with connections into finance-related work. The role is ideal for a partner with a strong, portable patent-litigation practice who can handle high-stakes IP disputes and related commercial litigation.

The partner will collaborate with cross-practice teams on matters touching leveraged and structured finance, supporting complex transactions and disputes where IP and financing intersect. This is a visible leadership role with opportunities to build local bench strength and originate work.

Established partner with a proven patent litigation track record and a portable practice or substantial client relationships.
Experience handling high-value IP disputes and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
Familiarity with leveraged/structured finance matters a plus; ability to advise on disputes at the intersection of IP and finance.
Bar admission and standing consistent with practicing in the Denver market; strong business-development capabilities.
