The successful candidate will handle high-value patent disputes, work closely with transactional and finance teams on litigation aspects of complex financings and structured transactions, and help grow a market-facing practice in the region.

Established partner-level patent litigation experience in the U.S. courts.
Proven portable client base or demonstrable business origination record.
Comfort collaborating with finance/structured-finance teams on dispute and transaction-related issues.
Track record managing teams and mentoring junior lawyers.
