Lateral Partner — Patent Litigation & Finance-linked Disputes — Silicon Valley (East Palo Alto)

Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to bolster its patent litigation and finance-related dispute capabilities in the Silicon Valley (East Palo Alto) area. The role will sit at the intersection of complex IP litigation and finance/structured‑finance matters, working on high‑stakes patent enforcement and defense while collaborating with transactional finance teams as needed.

The firm is looking for a partner with an established, portable practice and a demonstrated ability to bring and grow client relationships. The position offers a platform to lead major matters, mentor junior lawyers, and work cross‑disciplinarily across IP and finance practices.

• Established partner with a portable patent‑litigation practice and demonstrable client relationships.
• Substantial trial and motion practice experience in complex patent disputes; experience coordinating with finance/structured‑finance matters is a plus.
• Proven business development skills and a track record of originating or expanding client work.
• Active bar admission(s) in the relevant jurisdiction(s) and strong leadership/mentoring capabilities.
