Established international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Wilmington office to lead patent litigation and related intellectual property disputes. The role involves handling high‑stakes litigations and advising on matters that intersect with finance and structured transactions.

The partner will work across litigation, IP and finance teams, developing business, supervising case strategy, and managing client relationships. This is a visible role for an experienced trial lawyer with an existing portable practice.

Proven partner-level experience in patent litigation and IP disputes.
Track record of handling complex, high-value matters and leading litigation teams.
Established, portable client relationships / book of business and a demonstrable ability to originate work.
Comfort working on matters that intersect with finance/structured transactions is a plus.
Bar admission and credentials appropriate for lead litigation counsel.
