The role sits at the intersection of IP disputes and complex commercial/finance matters, handling high-stakes patent suits and related enforcement or defense work.

The position offers significant responsibility on matters with national reach, mentoring and business development opportunities, and collaboration across IP, litigation and corporate finance teams. The team is looking for an experienced trial lawyer comfortable managing docket strategy, expert workups, and client relationships.

Established partner with significant patent litigation experience
Track record of leading complex IP and finance-related litigation matters
Proven client-development skills; a portable practice or demonstrable book of business is preferred
Strong trial, written advocacy and team leadership abilities
