Established partner with substantial experience in patent litigation and IP disputes
Proven trial and courtroom experience, including managing teams and complex case strategy
Track record of business development and relationship management; ability to bring or grow portable matters
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to practice in North Carolina (or willingness to seek admission)
