The ideal candidate will take responsibility for originating and developing business, coordinating multi-jurisdictional litigation teams, and providing strategic client counsel. This is a partner-level role where a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships are an important consideration.

Proven patent litigation track record, including trial and appellate experience
Registered patent attorney preferred (where applicable) and admission to the relevant state bar
Demonstrable business development capability and a portable practice or established client relationships
Experience managing teams and mentoring associates on complex IP matters
