Lateral Partner — Patent Litigation (Washington, D.C.)

Established patent litigation partner role based in Washington, D.C. The practice focuses on high-stakes patent disputes across life sciences and technology sectors, including Hatch‑Waxman/ANDA litigation, trade secrets, and selected semiconductor matters.

The role suits a partner with a portable litigation practice and demonstrable business development capability across pharma, biosimilars, and technology clients, including engagement with Asia‑based counterparties. The team offers flexible arrangements and a platform to originate and grow IP litigation work.

• Partner-level experience in patent litigation with a record of handling Hatch‑Waxman/ANDA matters, patent disputes and related trade secret or technology cases.
• Proven business development skills and ability to bring or develop client relationships; portable book of business preferred.
• Bar admission in relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and strong trial or dispositive motion experience in patent cases.
• Comfort working on cross-border matters and with clients in life sciences and semiconductor/technology industries.
