Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Brussels compliance and regulatory team focusing on privacy and data protection. The role involves advising multinational clients on EU data protection, cross-border transfers, regulatory enforcement and DPIAs, and supporting growth of the practice across the region.

The successful candidate will lead client relationships, develop new business, and mentor junior lawyers. This is a partner-level opening with responsibility for expanding a portable privacy practice within an established European platform.

Established partner with a demonstrable, portable privacy & data protection practice
Extensive experience with EU data protection law (GDPR), cross-border transfers and regulatory interaction
Proven business development record and ability to originate and grow client work
Fluency in English; additional EU languages beneficial; admitted to practise in an EU jurisdiction
