Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to lead and grow its privacy and data-protection practice in the Dallas office. The role sits at the intersection of compliance, regulatory risk and technology, advising corporate clients on data governance, regulatory response, cross-border transfers and privacy program development.

The partner will supervise and develop a team, work across practice groups on complex matters, and play an active role in business development. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships in privacy/data-protection matters are welcome.

Partner-level experience advising on privacy, data protection and related regulatory compliance (in-house or law firm experience)
Proven track record of developing client relationships and driving business development
Experience managing and mentoring teams and collaborating across practice groups
Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
Strong written and oral advocacy and counseling skills
