The firm seeks a partner with an established privacy litigation practice and a demonstrated ability to originate and lead national or international matters. This is a client-facing role that combines case leadership, regulatory engagement and business development.

Established partner-level experience in data privacy / data protection litigation and regulatory matters
Proven track record handling class actions, multi-jurisdictional disputes or large-scale breach responses
Portable book of business and demonstrable client origination / business development capability
Strong cross-border experience between the US and UK jurisdictions; admitted or eligible to practise in relevant jurisdictions
