Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its San Francisco team to build and lead privacy and data-protection litigation matters. The role focuses on defending and advising clients on privacy litigation, incident response and related regulatory exposures across technology and highly regulated industries.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative litigation group and will have access to cross-practice resources and institutional support to grow a portable practice. This is an opportunity to take a visible leadership role in a well-resourced office.

Proven partner-level experience in privacy and data-protection litigation
Track record of client development and ability to bring or expand a portable practice
Substantial courtroom and motion practice experience preferred
Bar admission in California or eligibility to transfer
Strong writing, negotiation and client-management skills
