Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established technology and healthcare practice in Houston. The role focuses on privacy and data protection matters for software, technology and healthcare-sector clients.

The ideal candidate will lead client engagements, build and manage a practice group, and work closely with cross-disciplinary teams on transactional and regulatory privacy matters. Opportunity to leverage an existing client base and grow a market-facing practice.

Established partner-level experience advising on privacy and data protection, preferably with exposure to technology and healthcare clients.
Proven track record of originating and managing client engagements; ability to develop business and grow a practice.
Strong technical and regulatory knowledge of privacy frameworks and data protection compliance.
Ability to collaborate with transactional, regulatory and industry-focused teams.
