Lateral Partner — Private Credit & Fund Finance (Global)

Senior partner opportunity in a global corporate and finance team expanding its private credit, fund finance and special situations capability. The role sits at the intersection of private equity, fund formation and restructuring work, advising sponsors, funds and lenders on cross-border financings and special situations.

The team seeks an experienced originator to help grow a portable private credit and fund-finance practice, collaborating closely with corporate, restructuring and debt-capital markets colleagues across multiple jurisdictions. This is a client-facing partner role with significant leadership and business-development responsibility.

• Established partner with demonstrable experience in private credit, fund finance or special situations transactions.
• Proven track record of originating work and managing client relationships (portable practice expected).
• Strong cross-border experience and the ability to work with corporate and restructuring teams on complex financings.
• Excellent commercial judgment, business-development focus and team leadership skills.
