Lateral Partner — Private Credit & Fund Finance (US & UK offices)

Seeking a partner to join a major international corporate practice focused on private credit, fund finance and investment management matters. The role sits on the capital partner track within a two-tier partnership structure and is oriented toward lawyers who can build and sustain an originating practice across fund sponsors, private credit lenders and institutional investors.

Candidates will join a multi-office platform with opportunities to work on cross-border transactions between the United States and United Kingdom. Admission to the capital partner level is driven by consistent origination and portability of a repeatable practice rather than by tenure alone.

• Established partner-level experience in private credit, fund finance or related investment-management transactions.
• Proven ability to originate and sustain a portable practice; track record of repeatable business development.
• Experience on cross-border US–UK matters and comfort working across multiple offices.
• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction(s) and strong relationships with private equity sponsors, lenders or institutional investors.
