Lateral Partner — Private Equity & M&A, Dallas

Seeking a lateral partner to help grow an established Dallas office focused on private equity, M&A and related finance work. The role is best for partners with a strong transactional practice who can originate and lead complex deals and work closely with a national team.

Both senior and more junior partners are being considered; partners with a portable practice and demonstrable client development ability will be most competitive. Purely remote candidates are unlikely to be a fit — the role requires regular presence in the Dallas office and involvement in local business development.

• Partner-level experience in private equity, M&A and/or corporate finance transactions
• Proven record of originating or leading deals; portable client relationships preferred
• Comfortable working as part of a national/international transactional team and participating in business development
• Willingness to be primarily office-based in Dallas
