Experienced private equity and finance partner sought for a U.S.-focused, full-service law firm with strong regional presence. The team works on sponsor-led M&A, platform and add-on deals, acquisition and syndicated financing, fund formation and related tax and regulatory matters.

The firm is opportunistically open to lateral partners and can be flexible on structure (counsel, income member, equity member paths). Candidates with a portable transactional practice and a demonstrable track record in PE/leveraged finance, fund work or related tax/IP transactional matters will be prioritized.

Primary office presence is in the Charlotte market with active interest in Atlanta; remote arrangements across the Southeast are possible on a case-by-case basis.

Established partner-level transactional practice in private equity, M&A or leveraged finance;
Proven ability to originate or substantially contribute to deal flow (portable book of business preferred);
Experience advising sponsors on platform deals, bolt-ons, acquisition financings or fund formation;
Comfort collaborating with tax, IP and regulatory teams on cross-disciplinary transactions.
