Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its London private equity and M&A practice. The role focuses on leading complex buyouts, sponsor-side work and cross-border transactions across the UK, France and Germany.

The successful candidate will join a senior team and be expected to originate and execute high-value deals, develop client relationships and contribute to ongoing growth of the European private equity offering. This is a partner-level leadership role with significant business-development responsibilities.

Established partner with a strong track record in private equity and M&A.
Portable book of business and demonstrable ability to originate and win mandates (portable practice expected).
Experience on cross-border transactions involving the UK, France and Germany.
Proven ability to lead deal teams and to develop client relationships and revenue growth.
