Lateral Partner — Private Equity & M&A, London

Senior private equity and M&A partner role in a major international practice based in London. The role will lead cross-border buyouts, exits and strategic M&A work for private equity sponsors and corporate clients across multiple sectors.

The team advises on full-cycle deal work including sell- and buy-side transactions, carve-outs, minority investments and joint ventures. This is a client-facing role with significant business development and team leadership responsibilities.

• Established private equity / M&A partner with a proven track record of leading complex transactions.
• Portable practice with an existing, revenue-generating client base (a demonstrable book of business is required).
• Strong experience on cross-border deals and the ability to drive new business development in the UK market.
• Admission to practise in the UK and experience mentoring fee-earners.
