Lateral Partner — Private Equity / M&A, Paris

Senior partner-level role in Paris for an experienced private equity and industrial M&A practitioner. The role will sit in a busy corporate/M&A team and work across buy‑ and sell‑side transactions, with a particular emphasis on private equity and industrial deals.

The hire is intended to complement an existing Energy & Infrastructure M&A capability and to add generalist corporate/M&A capacity. A portable practice or proven ability to originate and lead mandates is strongly preferred; the team is looking to fill the role promptly.

• Established partner-level experience in private equity and industrial M&A.
• Proven track record of originating and leading deals; portable practice preferred.
• Experience advising on transactions in the energy & infrastructure sector is a plus.
• Admitted to practise in France (or eligible) and able to work from the Paris office.
