There is a strong preference for candidates who can join as a group or who bring a portable private equity practice. New York and Dallas are priority U.S. locations, with additional opportunities across major U.S. and European financial centres.

Established partner with a demonstrable private equity/M&A track record at a major law firm
Proven origination capability and a portable book of business
Experience leading teams and developing junior lawyers
Admissions and ability to work from or relocate to one of the listed offices
