Senior partner opportunity with a leading international AmLaw firm seeking a project finance leader to join its UAE offices. The role will focus on complex project finance transactions across energy and infrastructure in the region.

The successful hire will join an established finance team and be expected to originate and lead mandates, advise sponsors and lenders, and mentor junior lawyers. The firm offers an international platform and significant cross‑border workstreams.

Established partner-level background in project finance and related finance work.
Demonstrable portable client relationships and ability to originate business.
Experience advising on large-scale energy/infrastructure financings in the region.
Willingness to be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi and to work on cross-border matters; admitted or eligible to practise in a relevant jurisdiction is preferred.
