Lead and grow a project finance and energy practice from the Riyadh office of a leading international law firm. The role focuses on complex debt and equity financings for power, renewables and oil & gas projects across the region.

You will advise sponsors, lenders and corporates on structuring, negotiation and execution of project documents and related regulatory matters, and help develop the firm’s regional energy platform.

The firm is seeking an established partner with a portable practice and demonstrable client relationships to drive new work and mentor junior lawyers.

Established partner with demonstrable experience in project finance and energy transactions
Track record advising on financings for power, renewables and oil & gas projects in the Middle East
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable practice preferred
Strong drafting and negotiation skills; experience managing cross‑border teams
