Senior partner hire to lead and grow a project finance and renewables finance practice from the firm's New York office. The role focuses on structuring and executing project and structured finance transactions across the renewable energy sector, advising sponsors, lenders and investors on complex financings.

The partner will lead deal teams, manage client relationships, and drive business development to expand the practice in the U.S. market. This is an opportunity for an established lawyer with a portable practice or demonstrable origination capability to take a leadership role on high‑value renewable energy and infrastructure matters.

Significant partner‑level experience in project finance, structured financings and renewable energy transactions.
Proven track record of originating work and managing client relationships; portable practice or clear business development capability preferred.
Experience leading deal teams and managing complex cross‑border or multi‑party financings.
Admission to the New York bar (or willingness to obtain) and strong academic/transactional credentials.
