Senior projects partner role with a leading international law firm in Singapore, focused on infrastructure and project finance work across the region. The role will lead mandate generation and delivery on complex financings and related transactional matters.

The team advises on cross-border project financings and often works alongside M&A and private equity teams on infrastructure transactions. The firm is seeking a partner who can develop client relationships and contribute to strategic growth in the region.

Established partner with a demonstrable project finance/infrastructure practice.
Proven track record working on cross-border project financings and related M&A/private equity-linked infrastructure transactions.
Ability to originate and bring a portable book of business; demonstrable client relationships and origination history.
Admitted to practise in a relevant jurisdiction and able to work from the Singapore office.
