This is a location‑agnostic opportunity supporting regional work; candidates with an established portable practice or significant client relationships in Asia will be prioritized. The role offers a senior leadership seat within a busy transactional practice and responsibility for originating and managing key mandates.

Established partner-level track record in banking and finance transactions (syndicated lending, leveraged/structured finance, acquisition finance).
Proven ability to originate and maintain client relationships; portable book of business preferred.
Experience leading cross-border, high-value matters and managing teams.
Strong business development and client management skills; able to build pipeline in the region.
Relevant professional admissions and right to work in Singapore (or flexibility to operate on a location‑agnostic basis).
