Our client, a premier international law firm, seeks a seasoned capital markets partner to join its Singapore office. The firm is focused on core practices of transactional M&A, capital markets, and disputes, and maintains a strong, well-regarded presence across Asia. This is a unique opportunity to join a leading practice at a time of strategic growth.

The ideal candidate will be a genuine market fixture with a portable practice and an established client following. There is particular interest in partners who are involved in listing committee work, as well as those with experience in international listings beyond classic Hong Kong IPO work, including emerging markets with a focus on the Philippines.

We are seeking individuals who are committed to a long-term move and have a track record of substantive, diligent client origination.

• Partner-level experience in capital markets (including ECM and/or international listings).
• Strong portable book of business with genuine, sustainable client relationships.
• Presence and credibility as a market fixture; commitment to a long-term move.
• Experience with international listings, including non-Mandarin-speaking profiles or emerging markets (particularly Philippines), is of interest.
• Involvement in listing committee matters is a plus.
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
