Partner, Project Finance — Singapore

Senior project finance partner sought to join a busy Singapore team advising on infrastructure and energy-related financings. The role will lead complex cross-border transactions, develop and manage client relationships, and mentor junior lawyers within a market-facing practice.

This is a business-development focused position: you will be expected to originate work, expand relationships across the region, and collaborate with colleagues on large, multi-jurisdictional matters.

• Proven track record in project finance and infrastructure transactions in Asia-Pacific
• Strong experience leading cross-border financings and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams
• Established client relationships and demonstrable origination ability
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
