Leading international law firm seeks a partner to join its Singapore Projects & Project Finance team. The role will focus on acting for sponsors, lenders and developers on complex infrastructure and energy transactions across the region.

The team handles high‑value, cross‑border project financings and structured infrastructure mandates. The successful candidate will take a visible leadership role within the practice, working closely with senior lawyers across Asia and contributing to business development and client relationship management.

Proven partner‑level experience in project finance and infrastructure transactions.
Strong track record of originating and maintaining portable client relationships and business development capability.
Experience advising on cross‑border financings and complex deal structures in the Asia region.
Excellent drafting, negotiation and leadership skills; ability to manage and mentor junior lawyers.
Admission or eligibility to practise in a relevant common law jurisdiction preferred.
