Senior partner opportunity with a major international corporate practice focusing on public company M&A. The role is available across multiple US offices and will sit in the firm’s public M&A team handling cross-border and domestic listed-company transactions.

Open to individual partners or small partner-led teams with a genuinely portable public-M&A practice. The hire will be expected to originate and lead high-value deals, work closely with capital-markets and financing colleagues, and help develop business across US offices.

Established partner with significant public company M&A experience and a track record of leading complex transactions.
Portable client relationships/book of business suitable for an international corporate platform (individuals or small teams welcome).
Strong deal leadership, client development and team-management skills.
US bar admission (or ability to qualify) and capacity to work from one of the listed US offices.
