Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Real Estate & Construction practice in Atlanta. The role will focus on counseling owners, developers and contractors on commercial real estate transactions, project delivery and construction contracts across complex, higher‑value matters.

The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team that handles transactional work and construction dispute avoidance and resolution. This is an opportunity to take a senior relationship role, work closely with local and national colleagues, and help grow a market-facing practice out of the Atlanta office.

Established partner with significant experience in commercial real estate and construction law, including transactional and contract drafting/negotiation experience.
Track record advising owners, developers, lenders or contractors on complex projects; familiarity with construction risk allocation and dispute prevention.
Strong client relationships and a demonstrable ability to originate or bring portable work; business development orientation.
Active bar admission in Georgia or willingness to become admitted; excellent written and oral advocacy and team leadership skills.
