We are seeking a partner with an established, portable practice who can originate work, manage client relationships, and play a leading role in team development and business growth. The position offers significant client-facing responsibility and the opportunity to collaborate across national real estate and construction teams.

Proven partner-level experience in real estate and/or construction law (transactional and/or contentious matters)
Track record of client origination and relationship management; portable practice preferred
Strong project and team leadership skills, with experience mentoring junior lawyers
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and demonstrable local market presence
