Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a real estate and construction practice in the Boulder area. The role will handle a mix of transactional and development matters, with scope to advise on construction-related issues and complementary estate planning work for owner-occupiers and investors.

The successful candidate will join a team handling regional commercial real estate matters, collaborate across practices on development and succession planning, and take a leadership role in business development and client relationship management.

Established lateral partner with a demonstrable real estate and/or construction practice.
Experience handling commercial real estate transactions, development projects, and construction-related matters; estate planning experience a plus.
Proven client development skills and ability to manage and grow a portable practice or book of business.
Strong leadership, business development, and cross-practice collaboration skills.
