Partner opportunity with a well-established national firm seeking a senior Real Estate and Construction partner to join its Chattanooga office. The role focuses on leading transactional and construction-related matters across regional and national clients, working with a multidisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will build and develop business, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with industry-focused groups. The firm is open to partners nationwide and welcomes conversations with candidates who can bring a portable practice.

Proven partner-level experience in real estate and construction law (transactional and/or disputes)
Track record of business development and client relationship management; portable book of business welcomed
Ability to lead client teams, mentor associates, and contribute to practice growth
Admission to practice in Tennessee or willingness to seek admission, and eligibility to work in the U.S.
