Established partner-level experience in real estate and construction matters (transactions, contracts, project counseling, or disputes)
Proven client relationships and a demonstrable ability to originate or grow business; portable practice considered
Strong drafting, negotiation, and project-management skills; experience with large-scale developments or construction contracts a plus
Admission to the Illinois bar or eligibility to be admitted; willingness to work from the Chicago office
