Established German law practice is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its Real Estate and Construction offering in Cologne. The role will focus on construction law, infrastructure projects and complex real estate transactions, advising developers, contractors and investors.

The partner will lead matters, supervise and develop a team, participate in cross-practice projects and help grow the local practice. A portable practice / book of business is welcomed and business-development activity will be expected.

Recognised qualification to practise in Germany (or equivalent) with partner-level experience in construction and real estate law
Proven track record advising on construction, infrastructure and real estate matters (transactional and contentious)
Demonstrable business-development experience; portable client relationships welcomed
People-management experience and ability to work on cross-practice matters; fluent German and strong English
