National law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Dallas real estate and construction team. The role will focus on leading transactional and advisory matters across commercial real estate, development, and construction disputes and risk management.

The ideal candidate will take a senior role within a busy practice group, working on complex matters for institutional and private clients and mentoring junior lawyers. This is an opportunity to join a well-established US practice with significant regional presence.

Established partner with a strong record in real estate and construction matters (transactions, development, and/or construction disputes).
Admission to practice in Texas; ability to lead client engagements and manage a deal/matter team.
Proven client-development skills; portable business encouraged and will be considered.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and project management abilities; experience supervising associates.
