Leading national law firm seeking a lateral partner to expand its Real Estate and Construction practice in Dallas. This role will combine client-facing business development with hands-on matter work across commercial real estate transactions and construction-related matters.

The partner will lead engagements, mentor and manage deal teams, and work collaboratively with regional and national colleagues on cross-practice opportunities. The team handles a mix of transactional, risk-management and dispute-resolution matters for institutional and corporate clients.

Established partner with a demonstrated Real Estate and/or Construction practice
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable client base preferred
Strong transactional and/or construction dispute experience (commercial leasing, acquisitions, development, contracts, claims)
Proven leadership, team management and business development skills
