Partner opportunity for an experienced real estate and construction practitioner to join a well-established national law firm’s Denver office. The role focuses on commercial real estate transactions, land development (dirt law), and construction matters, with occasional work supporting estate planning and hospitality-related matters.

The firm is seeking a senior lawyer who will lead and grow a portable practice in the region, collaborate with national teams, and provide strategic client counsel on acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing and construction disputes and contracts.

Established partner-level background in commercial real estate and construction law
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable book of business preferred
Experience with land development (dirt law), commercial leasing, purchase and sale transactions, and construction contracts/disputes
Ability to work collaboratively with national practice teams and to mentor junior lawyers
Active bar admission in Colorado or willingness to transfer
