Leading German practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Frankfurt Real Estate and Construction team. The role will focus on construction law, infrastructure projects and complex real estate matters for domestic and international clients.

The team advises on contract drafting and negotiation, claims and dispute avoidance, project development and delivery, and regulatory issues arising on large-scale developments. The firm offers strong transactional and contentious workstreams and cross-border collaboration.

We are looking for an experienced partner able to develop and lead mandates, grow a portable practice and contribute to business development across the practice group.

Established partner-level experience in construction and real estate law, with a track record of leading matters and teams.
Experience on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects, including contract negotiation and dispute resolution.
Proven business development capability; ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
Fluency in German and English; strong client-facing and management skills.
