Senior real estate and construction partner opportunity in Hamburg with a well-established full-service firm. The role covers transactional and advisory work across real estate, construction and infrastructure projects for German and international clients.

The firm is seeking a partner to lead and grow the practice group locally, work on large-scale developments and construction matters, and mentor a team of lawyers. A portable practice is welcomed; the appointment is designed to give autonomy to bring and develop client relationships.

Proven partner-level experience in real estate and construction law, including infrastructure projects.
Track record of originating and managing client matters; portable book of business encouraged.
Admission to practice in Germany and experience advising on German law matters.
Strong transactional and team leadership skills; fluent German and English.
