Leading regional office seeks a lateral partner to join and grow a multidisciplinary transactional practice in Harrisburg. The role will focus on real estate and construction matters with significant work across healthcare, renewable energy, industrial/logistics and finance-related transactions.

The successful candidate will help lead client engagement and matter teams, collaborate with industry-focused colleagues, and have the ability to originate and develop new business. The role is open to candidates without an existing book of business; a portable practice is welcome but not required.

Established partner-level experience in real estate and construction transactions; experience with healthcare, renewable energy, industrial/logistics or finance matters preferred
Strong transactional drafting and negotiation skills and experience managing deal teams
Demonstrated client service and business development aptitude; originations welcome but not mandatory
Active bar admission in Pennsylvania (or willingness to obtain) and JD from an accredited law school
