A leading international law firm seeks a partner to join its Houston real estate and construction practice. The role will focus on transactional and development matters across sectors including healthcare, renewable energy, industrial/logistics and resort development.

The partner will advise on leasing, construction and finance-related aspects of complex projects and collaborate with cross-practice teams on sector-specific deals. Candidates should be prepared to build or bring a portable practice; a formal book of business is not strictly required.

Established partner with significant experience in real estate and construction transactions, including leasing and development.
Sector experience in healthcare, renewable energy, industrial/logistics and/or resort development preferred.
Strong transactional skills including financing, project documentation and construction agreements.
Ability to develop client relationships and contribute to business development; portable practice welcomed but not required.
