Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a Real Estate and Construction practice in the Jefferson City area. The role combines transaction and project-side work, advising owners, developers, contractors and lenders on commercial real estate, development, construction contracts and dispute avoidance.

The firm is open to candidates nationwide and welcomes partners with an established, portable practice who can develop client relationships and expand the local team. You will collaborate with cross-practice teams on complex matters and help drive business development in the region.

Established partner-level experience in commercial real estate and construction law
Proven business development skills and ability to bring or grow client relationships (portable practice considered)
Strong transactional and contract drafting/negotiation experience; familiarity with project delivery and risk management
Licensed to practice in the relevant state or eligible for admission
