Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Las Vegas office to lead and grow real estate and construction work. The role focuses on dirt law, commercial real estate, construction matters, and related succession/hospitality planning.

The successful candidate will join an established team and handle client-facing matters while developing business in the region. This is an opportunity to lead engagements, manage a small team, and work on cross-practice matters including estate/succession planning tied to client real estate interests.

Established partner or counsel with a primary practice in commercial real estate and construction law.
Proven client development record and ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
Experience managing matters from negotiation through closing and dispute resolution; familiarity with hospitality-related and succession planning matters a plus.
Licensed or able to obtain admission in Nevada; strong communication and leadership skills.
